Just a really quick check in for today. I’m now wearing aligner 4 in my refinement set and it went on pretty easily. There was a little tightness this morning but nothing even close to pain.
These refinement aligners don’t seem to be as different from each other as the original series, they go in easily enough even though I have been changing every 7 days and not exactly keeping up with the 22 hours a day.
About that. Ummm. I’m really struggling getting back into the habit of brushing right after eating. I got really lazy in the gap between needing and getting my refinement aligners and have found it nearly impossible to go back to speed drinking tea and brushing 5 times a day. I have now smacked myself on the back of the hand and set alarms in my phone for just after my usual lunch/dinner times. Let’s see how I go.
